The Business Side

Maybe you need a rebrand or a headshot that finally looks like you.

Maybe you have an event worth documenting coming up or need to build a content library your organization will actually use — this is where that starts.

If your visual presence hasn't kept up with where you actually are, that's what this is for.

I work with small businesses, solo practices, and nonprofit/corporate events.

I’ve done that and rocked it.

“Working with Photos by Elliot has been an excellent experience for our team.

Elliot has now photographed our office twice, and both experiences were professional, efficient, and very well organized from start to finish.

The planning and coordination process was smooth and easy. Elliot communicated clearly ahead of time, helped guide the structure of the shoot, and made sure we captured a wide variety of images that would be valuable for our website, social media, and marketing materials. Even though the shoot took place outside of office hours, they did a great job directing our team and making everyone feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

When the final images were delivered, they were high quality, organized, and easy to access. The photos truly reflect the professionalism and atmosphere of our practice, which is exactly what we were hoping to capture for our brand.

We chose to bring Elliot back for a second shoot because of the quality of their work and how easy they are to collaborate with. They understand how to create clean, professional images that represent a business well.

If another business asked me about working with Elliot, I would absolutely recommend them. They are professional, talented, and deliver photography that is a valuable asset for any company looking to elevate their brand and marketing presence.”

Headshots

A headshot is the first thing a client, employer, or collaborator sees before they decide whether to keep reading.

It should look like you at your most competent — not a softened, overlit version of you built for someone else's comfort. I shoot for clarity and confidence, and I edit for accuracy.

  • Shot on location or in a controlled setting, whichever serves the images

  • Fast turnaround for teams and organizations with multiple people to shoot

  • Two looks minimum (because your LinkedIn and your website don't always need the same photograph)

  • A focused portrait session for professionals. Solo practitioners, nonprofit directors, small business owners, executives, and anyone whose work requires a face attached to it. Available individually or for full teams. Shoots happen on location at your office, studio, or a space that fits your brand — or we find one together.

  • $450 per person. Team rates available for three or more people booked together — contact for a quote. Session includes 45 minutes, two looks, and 10+ final edited images delivered in web and print resolution.

  • Additional looks — $75 each

    Rush delivery (48 hrs) — $100

    Extended session (additional 30 min) — $150

LinkedIn and social media crop optimization — included

Full team packages — quoted on request

Small Business Branding

A brand session builds the visual library your business actually runs on. Website header, about page, social content, press kit, pitch deck — all of it pulls from the same shoot if it's planned right.

This is the session for businesses that have outgrown their iPhone photos and need something that reflects where they actually are. The work has evolved. The photography should too.

This session is designed to produce a full library of usable images in one day — your space, your product, your people, your process.

  • Full content library in one session: headshots, workspace, product, in-action, and detail shots

  • Planned around your actual use cases — website, social, print, press

  • Edited with your brand's palette and light in mind, not a uniform preset

  • Commercial license included — use the images wherever you need them

  • A half-day shoot designed to produce the full range of visual content a small business needs to operate. Covers headshots, workspace or storefront, product or service documentation, in-action shots, and brand detail work. Planned in advance around your specific use cases so nothing is shot speculatively. Ideal for website relaunches, rebrands, funding applications, and organizations that have been making do with whatever they had.

  • From $1,400. Final quote based on location, number of people, and scope.

Includes 3–4 hours on location, 100+ professionally edited images, and a commercial usage license.

Nonprofits: discounted rates available — ask directly.

  • Additional hour — $250

    Second location — $200

    Rush delivery (72 hrs) — $150

Extended commercial license — quoted on request

Headshots for additional team members — $250/person

Event Photography

Conferences, fundraisers, community fairs, panel discussions, product launches, gallery openings. Events generate content — speakers, crowds, sponsors, candid interactions — and most of that content disappears if no one's there to shoot it.

Candid coverage that documents the room, the speakers, and the details without staging anything: I move through events without disrupting them and deliver images that actually reflect what happened.

For nonprofits and businesses running events on tight schedules: you need someone who doesn't require hand-holding, knows how to find the frame in a crowded room, and delivers images you can use in your next grant report, recap email, or social post the following morning.

  • Delivered fast — because your recap goes out Monday morning

  • Can coordinate with your communications or marketing team in advance

  • Minimum fuss: you point me at the event, I handle the rest

  • On-location event coverage for conferences, fundraisers, community events, fairs, panels, and organizational gatherings.

Includes candid crowd coverage, speaker and presenter documentation, sponsor and signage detail shots, and key moment coverage. Planned in advance around your program so nothing important gets missed.

Delivered as a full edited gallery within five business days — sooner with rush delivery.

  • $500/hr with a 2-hour minimum. Most half-day events run $1,000–$1,500. Full-day events quoted on request. Nonprofits: ask about organizational rates.

  • Rush delivery (24–48 hrs) — $150

    Second photographer — $400

Headshots booth during event — $300 flat

    Highlight reel (30 select images, social-ready sizing) — $75

Extended commercial or press licensing — quoted on request

THE SKY IS THE LIMIT

This is only a curated selection of my past work

( 01 )

Before the shoot

We'll talk through what you actually need the images for — website, press kit, social, pitch deck — and build the session around that.

That way, before I even show up, I know your brand, your use cases, and what's been missing from your visual presence. The session is already planned around your specific needs, not a generic shot list.

( 02 )

The day itself

Efficient, professional, and easier than you expected. I move through your space without disrupting it and leave you with more usable content than you thought a single session could produce.

No lengthy setup, no directing your staff into poses they'll hate, no three-hour production for a headshot. I come in, read the room, and get what you need.

( 03 )

Quick turnaround

Sneak peeks within 48 hours. Full gallery within the week. Because your website relaunch, your grant deadline, and your Monday morning recap email aren't waiting on a photographer's editing queue.

Fully edited, commercial license included, ready to use wherever you need them the moment they arrive.

What you’re actually paying for

When you book Photos by Elliot, you're not just paying for someone to point a camera in your general direction. You're paying for —

( 01 )

A decade of reading rooms, directing people who hate being directed, and making the whole thing feel faster and easier than anyone expected.

That's the skill set. The camera is almost secondary.

( 02 )

I build the session around what you actually need the images for — not a generic shot list that produces a generic gallery.

Tell me where these photos have to show up and I'll work backward from there.

( 03 )

Most business owners have one or two unusable photos and a phone full of screenshots of what they wish they looked like.

I fix that in a single session — and you'll actually use what I deliver.

( 04 )

I've shot for both recognizable brands and solo practitioners who were updating their headshot for the first time in a decade.

The approach is the same either way: intentional, efficient, and edited so you actually want to use them.

( 05 )

Ten years of professional photography means I've already solved whatever problem your shoot is about to have.

Lighting, logistics, a subject who's never liked a photo of themselves — I've been there enough times that none of it slows us down.

Still here?

Let’s do this.

The session fee covers the time, the editing, the commercial license, and ten years of knowing how to make a small team look like a serious operation without a production budget.

Your donors, your clients, and your next hire are all looking at your website before they decide. What they find there is either doing the work or leaving it undone.

You already do the work. Let the photographs prove it.
